Paid for their membership and it directs you to a movie on demand site which your now signed up for and subscribes you to a VPN subscription and you have to chat with support to cancel your subscription but they only represent the VPN one and the movie on demand account is still active and they don't have a support page to cancel that subscription and it's $44 a month! Unlocked.com is a scam.

I watched youtube about unlocking the icloud for an old 6s which suggested unlockhere.com. I ended up paying £1. Without any code received. The weird thing is payment go through different games/ vpn/ other services to which my credit card blocked the payment(ref ebizmeetings) suspecting fraud. I unblocked the card and tried again and the reference was to "platbudget.com". Fraud people doesn't offer any service taking your money. Please do not pay them.
