Unlocked a Motorola G7 Play. Process took about 40 minutes. It requires the installation of Teamviewer QS to the device and also Teamviewer to your PC ahead of time. They will use the VPN on Teamviewer. PC OS has to be > Win 7 due to Teamviewer requirements. Device have to be connected to the PC through a USB cable and its developer options enabled to enable USB debugging. The technician will remote into the PC to download and install a piece of software to communicate with the device through the USB port. You will need to enter your PC's admin credentials if you are not running with permission to install software. You will also need to "Allow" permissions to access your device when the device asks. Then he runs his unlocking software. At the end of the process, the device reboots and if successful, you will be able to insert your SIM and connect to your cell service. It was relatively smooth.

I had a lot of trouble due to my confusion with the product. The product works wonderfully. My sister had put a password on her phone and having traumatic brain injury, she forgot the password. There was some confusion with ME not the support and they were wonderful to walk me through the entire process with a great deal of patience. Mike did the best to reassure me that this would work on her phone. Unlockerplus did a great job of unlocking and getting me back to factory reset. I can now use the phone as I was told from ATT that I would need to buy another phone for my sister. Great support and quick help. Sorry I was confused.
