On my second lesson I got banned !
On my second lesson I got banned for 36 hours for misconduct! I am elderly and just was wanting to learn Polish ! I am supposedly doing a trial but cannot get any help or explanation ! Really cross and frustrated

Hi Judith — your account was never banned. We've replied to your message with details: your free trial is still active and you still have access to lessons with Umi. The learning pages you were looking for are always available in your dashboard.

Jordan is a wonderful instructor
Jordan is a wonderful instructor. I've worked with him for 3+ years, and he's helped me grow from A1 to B2/C1. He is ALWAYS prepared, and also ALWAYS attentive to any challenges I'm having during the lesson, in which case he alters the game plan to make sure I know a concept before moving on. My highest recommendation.
