UPDATED!!!I used to love universal yums. However lately their customer service has gone down hill. I was guaranteed a shipment date because I’m moving but then the shipping date got pushed back and I won’t even be living in my location anymore. I recommend snack crate to anyone looking for something like this. It is more reliable and accommodating. So after waiting and waiting I thought forget it and ordered through snack crate.. I got my snacks 3 days later! The I get an email from universal Yuma that my shipment got delayed again! This happened two more times and I finally just cancelled my order through universal yums.

The first months okay, but after the first box the quality goes to absolute crap, so please don't lock yourself into a long subscription like I did.

paid for 2 boxes got the 1st month was good nothing amazing but just good and fun to try so carried on to try the december box was shipped on the 4th of december and it never came I know there are many issues at the moment but to have no customer service whatsoever in this day and age is ridiculous even an email to apologize would be appreciated but nothing for over a week, so No Order Received No Reply thank god I paid with paypal so i can get my money back, terrible company snacks are okay if you get them.

I bought a snack box for a friend as a gift. I even paid more to have it shipped out quickly. The tracking went all the way to the town my friend lived in, but then was marked "incorrect address" and sent back. I have contacted UY at least 6 times with no response. There are no additional ways to contact them listed. I just want a refund. I thought this would be a fun gift, but not only did it never arrive, but I'm out money. I was truly disappointed in their customer service. I will continue to contact them on a regular basis in hopes they will rectify the situation. I can't imagine that weeks after the holiday rush, they've not had time to contact inquiries.

I received the wrong box. I requested their Italy box as a Christmas present for a relative who loves Italian snacks, and I have the order confirmation to prove it. Universal Yums sent me their international box. I gifted it sealed and only learned of their error on Christmas morning. The recipient was not excited to try Korean 'egg yolk popcorn,' or UK-based 'stuffing flavored crisps,' and I'm not excited to pay for the wrong item. I haven't been refunded. I emailed their customer support, and I still have no response other than that I should wait seven business days. It's day eleven and counting; get it together, Universal Yums!

I placed an order and immediately emailed to advise I had made an error and wanted to revise the order. I’ve been emailing them daily and only get automated responses. It’s been more than 7 days and 7 emails and no human response. Worst company to deal with EVER

Our box is missing and after emailing 3 times, no response.

I ordered a six month subscription as a Christmas present. The box was shipped a month ago and still hasn't showed up. I've contacted customer services multiple times with no response, just blank emails as a response. I'm really concerned Ive paid for 6 months and will receive nothing. Please be very cautious of this company.
