On my 3rd box and it seems there is nothing but weirdly flavored potato chips from every country. I am going to try to cancel and get a refund. The snacks are like 80% potato chips. Lay's sells weirdo chips so not worth it.

I enjoy the concept and the boxes I have received were interesting along with the pamphlet with information on the country. HOWEVER, the poor customer service (can only email) is so bad that It outweighs any good score. I have emailed sooo many time have no response from them about a box that never arrived. Canceling!

I signed up for this and thought it would be a fun way to try new things. I have been disappointed in their ability to provide any customer service that is helpful beyond an automated message. They use FedEx which is a mistake. My delivery date has changed for no reason, they cannot send accurate updates to my phone and they changed the location of my package after they deleted the old location. What I thought would be a fun treat for myself turned out to be a pain.

it still isnt here i ordered it on may21 2020 its arrived in our country but that was july 3rd still not here

I thought the treats were decent, but they totally lost me on customer service. When money got tight and I didn't want all that sugar in the house anymore, I wanted to delete my account to keep my data more secure. They refused to let me do it! I had to change my email address on the account and deactivate the email. If you value your data security, Universal Yums is not worth it. Steer clear and find a nice ethnic market to buy your snacks.
