I have got to give a lot of credit where its due here. I have been having issues with my mail carrier crushing my packages very often. Universal yums and their customer service representatives handled it so wonderfully. They sent out a replacement for a few items that were opened and when the first set of replacements came crushed again they sent out another!! I am a very happy customer thank you so much! It doesnt hurt that their boxes are delicious 😊😊

I got a Universal Yums subscription for my daughter because she is a "junkie" and has had Snack Crate for some time. We love the variety of snacks, as well as the literature, in her Yum. I also had a great customer service experience after realizing someone tampered with one of her deliveries. Support was courteous, quick, and efficient in replacing her box. We will be enjoying our Yums for a long time.

Stellar Product followed up and supported by the same level of Customer Service. We have so enjoyed this subscription that is so very reasonably priced, that it is a gift for others in the family as well. The amount and variation of fun, delicious, and tasty Universal Yums from around the World has not only been tasty but educational. It's like a trip around the world from our mailbox! I have had a problem with my carrier that Universal Yums absolutely took care of with ease and in a timely manner. Even with it not being their mistake when carriers had crushed, opened, or damaged a package, they were easily replaced. I will continue my subscription as well as continue giving this as one of the greatest gifts my family and friends speak of receiving.

My wife and I love this snack subscription service. So much fun to try snacks from a different country each month while also learning a bit about each country from the included booklet. We’ve been members now for over two years and the few issues we’ve had have always been promptly taken care of. The issues have all been shipping related, so not really their fault, but they are always quick and friendly with a reply and go above and beyond to make things right. If you love to snack, you owe it to yourself to give this a try. We always eagerly await the box each month. Something really nice to look forward to and brighten your day in these challenging times.

My family loves, loves Universal Yums. Trying so many different snacks from different countries is fun and interesting!!! We’ve been receiving Universal Yums for 18 months and we had an issue only one time. But that issue was resolved very quickly and we we were more than satisfied. I would highly recommend giving this service a try.

I made a mistake when I placed my order and I was so pleased with the prompt response and follow up emails confirming that the correction had taken place. Great customer service! Additionally, my grandson received his first box and send me a photo of him with his box with a big smile!

Like other reviews here, I discovered that the box I ordered had been sent to the wrong address (my fault, I’m sure). Soon after contacting Universal Yum, I received a personal email from Ronald who sent a new box to the correct address AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I’m very impressed with the company, and I eagerly await the video showing my grands at their “Thailand Tasting”!

Fantastic customer service! I bought this as a first anniversary gift for a couple who couldn’t travel to celebrate and forgot that their address had changed. Universal Yum quickly substituted and sent a new box to the new address and it got there just in time for their big day. They’re very happy with it -thank you so much!
