After discovering UniversalYums, I've given it as gifts, the first for a new college student (BIG HIT!) and the to young people for both a fun way to taste new foods AND to learn about new cultures .. oh and to share w/ the adults in their lives! The gifts have been .. universally loved. I ordered a 6-month gift for family friends w/ a new baby for the two older children and the parents. The mom is a nurse and well you know! I didn't know they'd moved! New baby, pandemic, work .... When I realized that I'd not heard (and they are 'thank you' people) I learned about the move. I contacted UY immediately. WOW .. really WOW! Not only did they respond quickly (and you know what time of year it is!) they are sending the two already sent boxes again to the right address. It is FAR more than I expected. And the people at UY were so nice and even, when I offered to write a review, they said "only if you have time." Seriously!? The products are great fun. People amazing. Service beyond compare. And receiving a gift that's new and different is THE best. Yes, I'll continue to give as gifts and hope you do. In a global society, learning and tasting = understanding. Let's all strive for it.

Great subscription box! Tried it for one month and was instantly hooked- the snacks are great and the box comes with a fun/cute informational pamphlet. Ive also ordered gift boxes for friends and they loved it! The customer service is also incredible- after I had one small issue, I was immediately reached out too with a solution! Highly recommended!

Ordered 2 separate gifts for my daughters. One was for 6 months and I accidentally hit 12 months for the other. Order completed before I caught it. Sent an email for help, AND ,best customer service I have ever had. Found my order, corrected it and refunded my money so quickly, next day, actually. Will continue to deal with such a reputable company. Thank you

i had a question and concern about a recent gift extension i ordered. the folks at universal yums were quick to respond to my initial email, and also quickly resolved my concerns. this is not my first interaction with their customer service, as one might expect during a long relationship with a company, and they have always responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly.

Our family has enjoyed this subscription. We open the box as a group each month, and even though we don't always like the snacks, we have fun trying them. I use the booklet (quizzes, info, fun facts) as a geography lesson throughout the month. Bonus: they have a YouTube channel, and we love watching the music videos to go along with that month's country. I have ordered extra Yum snacks from the shop and never had issues with delivery or customer service.

Two days before our Universal Yums box was to ship, I discovered the shipping address for my gift box was wrong. I knew all I could do was email and hope customer service would respond. From the negative reviews I read I was frankly nervous and dreading the fiasco of getting help in time! But I could do nothing else so I emailed... I couldn't believe it!... the customer service emailed within 30 seconds! We exchanged a few emails to get the situation fixed.. all within 5 min of my first and they were extremely helpful!! All I can say is the negative reviews no longer apply any longer to this company! They were quick, efficient, and so helpful! They have certainly boosted all their efforts to become an awesome customer service for their growing business.. and their snacks are truly so fun, educational and delicious... thank you again Universal Yums!!!

I bought Yums to teach my munchkins a bit of geography and global awareness and they are loving the Yums and we love the fun quizzes in the booklets. The random facts are amazing. I have made a few requests to their service department and they are always quick to respond, even with all of this Covid craziness.

Started Yums in 2019, and have absolutely loved it. Love the variety of treats and the absolute enjoyment your staff takes in creating the info booklet...A former teacher, and I love all the "little-known facts" in each one. Also, often surprised by the variety of snack ingredients and the packaging and labeling.
