I love yumbox! It's an affordable activity to look forward to every month. No matter how busy life is, we always do the yumbix together and I love that we have that time. We share each snack and read the fun facts as we go. Some are good tasting, some are weird, but that's half the fun! I've never had any issues at all. If I'd read the bad reviews that I've just discovered beforehand, I would never have ordered it, but luckily I hadn't so I gave them a shot and am happy I did. Been at least 3 years now and I'll keep it until the kids are grown.

We love our Yum boxes. They’re a fun family activity for all ages. My kids look forward to sharing them with their friends in college.

I've been doing the YUMS boxes for about 3 years. I've enjoyed the treats, the information booklet, and the ability to keep track of what I like. Several times I've order extra snacks that I liked. I have also had fun sharing treats with my friends.

My family has been getting this box for well over a year, maybe two. We all absolutely love it! Not only has the quality always been top notch it has actually gotten better!!! First they added drinks and now we've been getting secret surprises from the countries which isn't a good product but such a cool addition to help you learn more about the country. I would and have recommended this box!

We have been Universal Yums subscribers for 7 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. Whenever we get a new box my daughter and I sit down and try everything together. We really enjoy learning about foods from different countries. I would highly recommend Universal Yums. I notice there have been several reviews about the bad customer service. In 7 years I have contacted customer service 2 times and it has always been a good experience. Once was to pause our subscription and the other was a problem with our box. The box only had one snack in it with none of the information it usually has. they said they would ship about a replacement box right away. They even sent out the next size up as an apology.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. We've had Yum box for about 4 years now. We love reading the book each month and learning about new countries and trying unique goods. It would be nice if there wasn't as many country repeats but the items are always different even when countries are the same. I would highly recommend!

We have been customer since 2017/2018 and loved every experience! Every month we get to lean about a new country, eat their snacks, and jam out to their music. The snacks are all so unique-- some we would never have tried otherwise. Even more fun, our kids are getting to an age where they can participate. Anytime we have had an issue, customer service has been quick to respond and correct. I cannot recommend them enough!

I love this product and have been subscribed to it for many years. Any issues like change of adress or missing package were always resolved and recompensated in a efficient caring manner. My family and I love it as it gives us a taste of many other cultures and their snacks. I would love it if they expand their variety by including yum boxes from more Hispanic countries like Puerto Rico where I'm from. Overall I never had a negative experience with universal yums and highly recommend it to those looking to expand their pallet and try new things.
