We really enjoy doing this monthly Yums box. The only reason I knocked the score down by one is because we are a family of 3 and sometimes the items are tricky to share- a small cookie or a hard candy for example. The box is perfect for a party of 2 but we make it work for us. Very fun and interesting facts each time. I recommend.

We Love Universal Yums!! I work in an Assisted Living Community as the Memory Care Director, and purchased this subscription so that I could take my Residents on Virtual Vacations, and have yummy snacks from that country to go with it! They absolutely LOVE the snacks. We love scoring the snacks and Learning about each one. My Residents are super into trivia, so the Trivia is a great addition to our activity! The only reason I am giving a 4 is because sometimes the snacks are not super shareable, so I do skip some of them as I am not able split them enough for the residents. I know that Universal Yums is more for a small family, but maybe having an option for bigger groups would be fun! I also wish I was able to Pick the Country box every month! There are some Countries that I feel would go over better with my oldies than others. My oldies and I seriously look forward to this every month! Thank you for making such an awesome product!

The Spain yum box was mostly great. But as always there was a couple that I didn’t like.

I originally purchased a Yum Box for my husband for Father’s Day 2024. It was something we’d never tried before and the thought of getting to try snacks from around the world curated in a cute box with lots of history was very intriguing. The price was just right, so I thought we’d give it a try. Not only was it an amazing gift for him as he loves snacks, and treats (As most of us do, Right?) But it turned into a magical gift for our family. Each month when the box arrives, myself, my husband and our three teenagers (m18, f17,f15) set aside an evening Where we’ll all be at home to open the box together. We go down the list systematically and try it at the same time. We give our honest opinions once they hit our mouth and I can tell you the reactions have been across the board and so fun! It’s fun to see who likes what and it’s been fun to discover new flavours that we had no idea existed. My initial thought was to have this for two or three months, but it has become such a staple family activity that I can’t imagine a month when this isn’t going to be a fun family activity for us to do! If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s amazing and I highly recommend it!!

I ordered this to try to get my grandson to try new things and it has worked for the most part (there are still some things he refuses to try). I take the box to my sons, and I get to spend time with my son, daughter-in-law & grandson trying new things. We even went from the mid-size to the large box because we all enjoy it so much. Now we don't like everything in the boxes, but most things do get finished.

We love the variety in these boxes but some of the last few have been misses with only spicy/savory items. Africa box didn't have anything in it we took more than a taste of. We will continue and hopefully they stay unique.

I was looking for healthy options for my grandson, since all the American snacks are contaminated with gmo’s, nano-particles and chemicals. I know other countries do not allow harmful chemicals into their country so I am hoping these are better for him. I truly hope they are choosing the cleanest ones from the other countries. My grandson seems to like them, even though he has ask me to cancel them many times bc of price but if they are healthier than American snacks, I don’t mind to pay a lil more.
