this was a disappointing experience - i never received my first box after the shipping just never updated, and during this time frame i had already been charged for my second box. i was excited to try it out so this was a bummer. thankfully, customer service refunded me for both boxes without issue.

All soft foods and chocolate items arrive almost liquid in Florida. The shipping box is not sealed thus not tamper proof! Idea is interesting and was a gift. Would never order for someone in the south.

I’ve had it for 3 months and my box comes later and later and they upped the price yet again for the medium box to 27$ from a previous 24$ it’s only 3$ more but still waiting to receive my box after they took my payment January 1st!! Still no box !!!!!!

I’ve used this company on & off & they were always fine. The snacks were good & delivery timely. I skipped an order and since then have paid for boxes which haven’t turned up. No response from them & looking at facebook posts that seems to be a fairly regular occurrence. Disappointing as they were good but wouldn’t use them again.

Some of the treats are great and fun but the customer service, there is none. no one answers.... :(

Not a good variety of snacks... they are often stale and very poor quality... the snacks certainly dont represent the country they are supposedly from

I got the middle box a few times and the snacks were okay. It was fun to experience different things. The one thing I do not see anyone talking about is the shipping. If all the stuff is in New Jersey, why does it take almost a month to get to me? I have even ordered out of their "shop" and it still takes almost a month. I get the monthly thing, but when you order out of their shop, which is not monthly, it is ridiculous! Very sad for this and I was hoping to have the snacks before Halloween so I could give them as gifts to a few since social distancing is in place, but they are sadly not going to make it, so the gifts will be different and the other gifts will be late.

The boxes are basically just snacks you can pick up in a gas station; granted, not most American gas stations. But it's not like you'll be blown away by some amazing local delicacy or anything.
