The quality of the snacks is very poor. Very bad ingredients, unhealthy. If your health and that of your children is important to you, go with another company that offers snacks that are non GMO and much better quality! I think this company is doing disservice to america with this product. Ps. When I contacted Universal Yams for a refund because I literally had to throw their first box away they told me they don't issue refunds. Don't order from them if you care about health. Ps. Try the world company has snacks for a lower price with better quality.

I think this is a great concept. I wanted to see how the first 2 shipments went before I would make a decision on whether I would go with the yearly program. I discovered that when there was a problem with one of the packages being delivered. There is no published phone number to contact customer service. You have to send an email. It took 2 days before my email was responded to. Because of the lack of customer service, I regretfully will not be purchasing the 12 month package. I had put this in an email to them. The feeling that I got was that they didn't care that they were losing a customer that was going to purchase 2, 12 month packages.

I bought this as a gift for someone. They didn't include the card, which made for a very awkward situation and conversation. Customer service is slow to respond. If you want to just get the box it is one thing. But if you actually want to personalize and include a typed note. Apparently that is too difficult for this company.

I ordered a box and they told me it would be shipped the 15th of the next month. I noticed 2 weeks prior to it being shipped that the wrong email and address were on my account. I changed it immediately and when it shipped two weeks later, the emails still went to the wrong account and the box went to the wrong address! They obviously have some issues with their website, and they have yet to respond to my email asking them about why it went to the wrong place. Don't trust them, they're quick to take your money and ghost you right after

Terrible customer service!!! Ordered a box and paid for expedited shipping. Box was never sent on the day (9/4) it was meant to ship. And even on the day that none expedited shipping was meant to ship (9/14). They canceled my order without letting me know. This is a terrible company.

Horrrible Experience from start to finish.. This company was hyped on Flick Connections YT Channel.. Decided to buy for my Friends, Daughters BDay, came and went. No Universal Yums. No Support # , No Response to emails. Don't Use This Online Fraud. PayPal and the FTC have launched Investigations.

This is my THIRD email to Universal Yums. I ordered and PAID for a 6 month subscription on 9-2-2020 with a ship date of 9-4-2020. That was 10 days ago and nothing has been sent and they have not responded to any of my inquiries regarding this PAID for order. When you call their # it conveniently goes to voice mail, says the mail box is full and then hangs up. No one has responded to me but the took my money immediately! Customer service is horrendous! This company has no regard for their paying customers.

I’m a first time customer. We thought it would be fun for the kids to try different snacks from around the world since we can’t travel. Well our first box never arrived. Fed EX won’t help us and no one at Universal Yums will answer our countless emails about our package. Their number goes to voice mail and says it’s full!! What a joke! DO NOT order from them! I feel like we’ve been scammed and they will refuse to send out product but took our money!!!! Company has TERRIBLE customer service!!!
