Amazing company!!

Megan Coleman is wonderful to work with. She is very helpful, kind, and knowledgable. When she is not in the office, my needs are still met by her fellow employees. Universal Funding has been a huge help to me, and Northland Castings Corporation.

Our company has been working with Universal Funding in factoring our invoices for over a year and a half. This helps us free up cash when we need it to finance ongoing projects. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and Manuel in setting up the account. Luis, our account rep., is the best.

We have been using Universal Funding for about a year now. This has been been such a wonderful asset to our company. My first agent that I had worked with was wonderful, (I came into work one day and found out he was no longer with the company.) They immediately set me up with a new agent. This worried a little me as he had some very big shoes to fill as the first agent went above and beyond (or so I had thought) until Luis Alvarez came into my life!!! Luis jumped in like we had been working together for YEARS!! His customer service is out of this world! He is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and is always on top of making sure whatever I need is taken care of! I can be in panic mode and Luis just makes everything so seamless. I know I am not his only client but he sure makes me feel like I am, as if he is just sitting there waiting for me :). He has gotten to know me and how my daily routines go. If he hasn't heard from me he will go out of his way to call me and see what is going on see if he can help lessen my stress levels and to let me know he has my back every step of the way!! I have never had such a personal amazing experience with cs before!! To top it off Luis is hilarious!! I can be having the worst day and his sense of humor can change that in an instant!! It is not often you can feel some ones personality through emails, but this man you can!! Luis, he just makes everything so easy and painless, with a personality that is to die for!! It is rare to find this type of customer service these days, If I could shout it from the roof top on how wonderful Luis is, I would!! People like Luis and Universal funding corp. Have helped myself and our company excel so much over this last year. I will continue to refer everyone I know to this company.
