UNITS® Moving and Portable StorageReviews of unitsstorage.com

Excellent service and equipments. Highly recommended.

From George and the team in port Jefferson to the national team the experience couldn’t be any better. Timing was perfect. Extremely professional service. I highly recommend. Easiest move I ever had.

Drop off was cool. Put container were it made the loading process easy. Removed from the front door and back door. Pick up and drop off of the unit was on time as scheduled. Delivery from Pennsylvania to Texas with no damages. We used temporary storage for 7 months at a reasonable price. Mike in Philadelphia and Matt in Houston made everything stress free.

UNITS truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish! The customer service team was not only friendly but also extremely knowledgeable and they helped me through the entire process. It was so nice working locally with people who knew the area and were available to help answer my questions throughout the process. The convenience of having a container right at my doorstep simplified the experience sooo much! The container I received was spotless. The entire process, from delivery to pickup, was easy peasy and honestly stress-free. The pricing was transparent and there were no hidden fees, which was a breath of fresh air! Five stars without a doubt!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Clean, safe, and reliable container. Will be using again.

Units moving and storage transported by belongings across the country. Customer service was excellent, pick up and drop off of the unit was right on time, all my items were packed carefully and arrived in great shape! It was a great pleasure to do business with them!

Everyone at the rental location in S Carolina and the storage facility in Ohio were super helpful and friendly. Pick up and delivery were friendly and very careful with the movement of the storage unit too!

Chris is the best to work with. She makes sure all of are needs are taken care of. Communication and efficiency are her strongest points. We look forward to building an even bigger and better relationship in 2024.
