Overall, UNITS of St. Louis was the perfect experience. They had the best price that I was able to find anywhere and their communication and execution exceeded my expectations. The unit itself was extremely clean and they were able to fit it into kind of an awkward spot that I needed it to go in order to not block our garage. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Everyone was very professional, the drop-off of the units was a breeze, and the units themselves kept our items protected from the weather. Highly recommend for your storage needs!

The customer service was perfect. I called and got taken care of for drop off and removal of the unit was within 24 hours of phone call. The lady I spoke to was so personable also which isn't always the case now.

They are the friendliest people I have ever worked with; they work with you and listen to your needs, starting from the office and continuing with the driver. He is the most helpful person I have ever had a chance to deal with.
