They are the best could not have been any easier, moved from CT to Myrtle Beach SC, the nicest people to deal with they put your mind at ease.From the fist phone call till the last drop off, I had 2 containers, they are great. The employees could not have been any nicer. Best company ever.

The whole process of using a Units Pod was simple . The time frame to self pack and ship to your location was very efficient. Assistance and puck up was only a phone call away. Out container was actually delivered early. I would highly recommend this company for any future moves.

Between drop of of the Units and pickup they were on time and professional. When I thought I had an issue of maybe having the wrong Unit they were quick and helpful, I just had the wrong key. I stored with them for six months. Not a single item damaged or broken

Straight up best customer service. I had tried the OTHER big name company first... they were great, but weren't able to get the "pod" through my gate... UNITS was my second attempt ... Terry was not only sweet and reassuring, but efficient and confident in explaining the logistics. Victor (Driver) was able to make me priority and even beat me to my house.
