These guys are great. Their user-interface is clean and intuitive. Pricing was one of the best that we shopped and their customer support is exemplary. If you are a small/medium business, you will do well to get them on your side.

Loved using UniTel to establish a business number for my business. The customer service is great, sending emails to check in and make sure I had everything setup the way I needed it. They even created a professional voice-mail message for me so I didn't have to record it. Will definitely use them again for my next business!

I am a teacher/tutor who is struggling to put together an online tutoring business. Taylor is without a doubt, one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. She walked me through the entire setup process with a positive attitude and humor. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Whatever you are paying her, it’s not enough. Give that girl a raise!!! Thank you Taylor!!!
