I appreciate having a real person walk me through the set up. I also used the chats a couple of times and got help right away from a real person, not a bot. Everyone I've interacted with seems like they really understand their product. Unitel's customer service is 1000% better than One Talk's that I switched from.

I called customer service so that they can make it so both my landline office phone would ring simultaneously with my mobile phone. They did that in about 5 minutes and so now it makes me more versatile in ways that customers can contact me, so I'm very pleased with that.
