I had the BEST experience today working with Greg. Customer Service is an essential and critical skill set that’s scarce and dying fast. I work for the federal government in Human Resources for 34 years now and was thoroughly blown away by my pleasant professional experience with Greg. He was very patient, extremely intelligent, refreshingly knowledgeable, intuitive based on his active listening skills to target my ask and anticipate my needs. As a result, I’m opening another account as well as recommending your company to two other business associates. Great job. Here’s to hopefully the beginning of a very long business partnership.

Wow, thank you for such a thoughtful review. This absolutely made our day (and Greg’s too). We’re a little late in responding, but we didn’t want to miss the chance to say how much we appreciate your kind words and your trust in us. Thank you for your business!
