Getting setup with Unitel Voice was almost so easy that I was worried that I was doing it wrong. We wanted a custom TFN, and it was straightforward to navigate the process and make the payment (not expensive at all!). I was happy that I waited several days after my purchase to schedule the walkthrough call so I would have a better idea of my needs. Greg was super-helpful with navigating a few nuanced usecases that we have. 10/10 recommend!
