It took me a little while to navigate through the dashboard and control panel, but that's just me, I'm slow :D So far I've spoken with at least 5 or 6 support agents and they have been %99 helpful and patient with me... Boy did I test them with the one 'no such thing as stupid question' :D Kudos to Emmanuel and Jose!
