Excellent support from Help desk
Excellent support from Help desk. It really makes a difference to have an Australian number so that my potential clients in Australia answer my phone calls, they don't answer my unknown overseas number generally. Great service, great company.

Very excited to onboard with this…
Very excited to onboard with this company. The interface is easy to use and the customer service is OUTSTANDING. There’s no wait to chat with a real person and they understand my question perfectly even when I don’t know how to phrase it clearly. They’re knowledgeable and know their system backwards and forwards. Can’t beat the price either!

Incredibly responsive chat service, generated a service ticket in real time while I was chatting with an agent. Daniel clearly answered my questions and walked me through how to help my client quickly and correct the issue.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I had a minor issue accessing something on my account. I am a new customer, so I was new to the system and looking in the wrong spot. It was nice to have a real person to reach out to so I could trouble shoot. They resolved the issue for me and showed me where to find the information in the future in around 15 mins. Very nice and very efficient customer service. Thank you.

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. Every time I have a request, there is a helpful person to assist - not a bot. I was nervous at first but they really are a great service I’ve had for 5 years.

Managed to set up a local Japanese telephone number with ease
We have been looking for a virtual solution to offer our customers a local number in Japan and always hitting roadblocks. I was able to set up United World Telecom so quickly and any time I had questions Gonzalo and the team offered almost immediate support. Have been testing this week and has all been working perfectly and exactly as we need.
