Horrible experience!! I was quoted $4500.00 when I reserved my moving date not realizing they were giving me a bullshit low cubic footage with the price they gave me. All i knew was how much stuff I had and the price they told me after i gave a full description and sizes. then the day before my move the quality assurance person called me and I gave a full description again (Same Stuff but all boxed up now) and I was told my cubic footage was way too low for what I had so they added another $4000.00 to my bill. Then when the movers came to my house and did a walk through he said this is way more then they quoted me and added Another $4000.00 to my bill and said I had 2000 cubic feet of stuff, making it $12500.00 knowing I was stuck with having to use them at this point I told them they were ripping me off and I couldn't do anything about it. Even though the truck was half full of someone else's stuff when it came to my house and no way it could fit 2000 cubic feet of stuff on the truck my stuff fit. So, after many phone calls to customer service complaining I was being ripped off and over charged they just asked if I had any pictures of the half-filled truck to prove my case. They told me when my stuff got delivered, they would know how many cubic feet I used. So, when the tractor trailer brought my stuff the driver said he don't measure cubic feet he just packed 7 houses worth of stuff on his truck. So my stuff was 1/7th of his 4000 cubic foot trailer. So, the truck driver made me pay him in full in cash and sign all the paperwork before he would take any of my stuff off his truck. After it was all off I measured how much space my stuff took up and it was 17 feet between the load in front on mine and the stuff behind mine. The driver came out yelling at me for measuring saying I already signed the paperwork, so it didn't even matter. Even though when I measured and it was 10 feet high by 8 feet wide by 17 feet is 1360 cubic feet. When I called customer service to tell them all they did was argue with me and say they had to see the paperwork from the driver even though that was signed before I could even get my stuff off the truck. They were ripping me off and overcharging me and wouldn't do anything about it. It was the worst experience I ever encountered.

Dealing with United Pro Movers was a nightmare. Never received items and items were broken. Packed heavy items on top of fragile items. Katrina that answers the phone was rude and not helpful over and over again. Never wanted to tell me where my things were. Plus, never told me my things would be delivered by another company . Told me my things would be delivered in 2-4 days . Never saw them for weeks after that. Older man that came to deliver my things with 2 other guys was in a rush and was miserable. Left me with all their trash to take care of. This was my first time with a moving company and it will be my last. Would I recommend them never!! Pressured me to give them good feedback before my things were delivered. Now I know why. The guys that packed my things did pretty good after the packing the rest was the most stressful thing I ever experienced!

Everything went wrong! From packing wardrobe boxes by throwing anything they could into the box, to not individually wrapping my artwork causing damage, some irreparable, to broken items. The delivery was almost 30 days after the requested date. Boxes were stacked on top of each other, being crushed, causing more damage. Because of the delayed delivery I needed to purchase needed items in order to function. Bed and kitchen linens, an entire kitchen including small appliances. And of course I had to buy a TV! Who can live without a TV for a month? Really! I have been offered a minimal amount of money for my inconvenience. Not acceptable.
