Best delivery company i had to Use I had a package scheduled to be delivered in my city to a pickup location near by. It hadn’t moved in 4 days so I contacted United Mail Service customer service. The live agent contacted the warehouse and I received an email with 60 minutes reassuring me the delivery was schedule for the next day. The agent followed up with me the next day to email me saying that the package was on the truck and out for delivery. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I really don’t understand why there are bad reviews . Maybe they don’t do a lot of online shopping. Or experienced the other couriers 🤦🏻 UMS is literally the best courier company anyone will want to use.
