Company in the cayman island that sell domains at "LISTING PRICES" as they say. After buying i found offers for the same domain at 1/3 of what i paid. Customer support wont match price nor refund. Better google for better deals, they have no features that justify top dollar.

bought a .diet domain for 130usd, only to find it with another registrar for 37.50 an hour later. Asked to refund or match price, but they wouldn't. Never using these guys again, what a scam. I should have been warned by the Cayman Island location... Now you are..

Crooked! I requested a purchase price for a domain that I let lapse. Their response was that it could cost up to $2500...the next day I received an email stating that the owner was requesting $2999...while mulling this over I received a phone call from a Uniregistry rep who said he should be able to get his seller to sell for $6000! When I told him about the email stating $2999 and he was speechless. 2nd party domain brokers are crooked, unethical, and only interested in their profits! it’s easy to buy thousands of domains for $10-$12 a pop and then try to resell them. I

Absolutely awful service I have domains that are expiring and their system has the wrong dates . Do not use this service .

Not very communicative. Not very transparent. There are hundreds of other domain registrars out there. Dont use this one

Why take someone's money if you're not sure the domain is available? After waiting two days, I learned that seleer no longer owned the domain. Waste of time. What's the point? Ask your sellers before charging clients. I don't have unlimited amounts to purchase domains and now waiting for your refund. Very unprofessional! I'll never trust buying a domain name from you again. NO LIVE CHAT, NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE...

So I have been with this company for a long time and generally, they have been good, but lately, they asked me to give them feedback so here I am. I have had trouble taking a domain in from another registrar, normally this is straightforward but not this time. Both external company and Uniregistry stating they have done what is required and still no transfer. This has been ongoing for over a week, 3 support requests and various phone calls and no response really poor form. I am now looking for a new registrar as this has cost me business and Uniregistry didn't seem to care. Before they got popular I would frequently have courtesy messages asking if I needed anything now I can't even get basic support. My message is to remember where you come from and why people were on your journey. After looking in more depth it looks like you have to pay for support, so please be aware if you don't have the funds for the support you need to consider if this is the right registrar. Its got me seriously questioning where to go next. Worried.....

Rubbish, support takes months to respond. Charged me twice for a domain and won't refund the first charge...
