i responded to an email from a customer service rep asking for support twice and got no response

A misleading text on their website tricked me in to paying for admission, while it suggested that it made me own a domain name. When I asked for a refund, there was no response.

After receiving a domain, my account was suspended after 1 month and they asked me to send documents, I sent the documents, my account is still suspended and I cannot access my domains, I will update this text when the account is opened.

Everything great until you need toget paid on a domain sale. Customer service has been good. The platform good. But they use a Cayman Islands banking cartel that is a bit too tight in releasing money. If they had their customers in mind, they could open a US bank account to make payments normally. I sold a domain last month, and it has been an ordeal trying to get paid. In fact, the ordeal continues, day after day. And all customer serivice says is the same thing. Wait. And wait. And wait. They won't follow up on it or ty to locate it. I know someday it might show up somewhere - maybe in my account, maybe back in theirs. But with no customer service to help, it is maddening. Good thing they sold to Godaddy. I hope GD changes the payment system.

The customer service is fast and good but they want to charge 10.000 usd for a domain is not worth even 100, for me this is a scam

I experienced a huge problem, when my autorenew of the domain failed. There is a huge time pressure to get it sorted before it jeopardises my e shop yet no help.
