I asked a question about domain transfers. The answer I received was relatively fast (about half a day). What very positively stood out was that the answer was to the point, knowledgeable, very friendly but without additional verbosity because of this (which is difficult to get right but I value that in communication).

Fast responses with detailed descriptions. There are moments of not logical requirements, but each company sets its own policy.
