Sold Out-of-Stock Item and Didn't Notice or Refund for 10 Days
Ordered a dress for an event with about 3 weeks time to receive, try on and find accessories for. I chose Express shipping at checkout and was given an estimated delivery date that met my deadline. My item did not ship and I asked for an update after several days, CS said they were looking into it but I needed to aggressively follow up (email and in-site chat) for more than a week to find out they would be unable to fulfill my order. They wasted my time and lied about looking into the status of my order. They only followed up when I said I was starting to feel scammed and would chargeback if more time passed with no update. If I had found this when I first asked, I would have plenty of time to make a pivot and no hard feelings but that's NOT what happened. UV offered me a coupon as an apology. Why would I ever want to shop here again? Don't shop here unless you have lots of time to waste and you're at peace with getting a refund after lots of badgering or whenever they've realized they're selling items they can't fulfill.
