Customer Service was exceptionally bad…
Customer Service was exceptionally slow. I ordered a €70 hoodie with all the bells and whistles and an hour after ordering emailed to ask could I make a small change. Customer Service responded and said that they didn’t understand. I explained in even more detail, and then they only responded back 4 days later and said it’s too late to change? Of course it is. So I’ll be cancelling the transaction on my card, would definitely no recommend these pack of scammers they are drop shipping 100%
