I have always found Alex to be extremely transparent and frequent with updates to me as part of the investor group, which is extremely valuable to maintain trust and insight into what is going on ‘on the ground’. I can only imagine everything is moving so fast each day so to keep us informed almost each day is appreciated. The wider team are also very supportive and do their best when you request information or assistance with processing documentation. I haven’t found any causes for concern with anything to do with Unicoin. Clearly, as with any early stage investment, there are risks and we can’t be privy to all strategic moves ahead of time, but on this occasion I can’t doubt that with the significant public display of the founders and their strategy, and their publicly audited filings, there is nothing that makes me think this is in any way a scam. On the contrary, I’m encouraged and excited by the continued efforts to turn Unicoin into a world leading crypto rather than throwing in the towel. The future is bright and I’m excited at what’s coming!

While the mainstream headlines focus on the charges, they miss the bigger picture of the company's transition to a community-driven asset. I support Unicoin not just for the potential upside, but because they refused to be bullied by an outdated regulatory system. If you want a team that actually fights for its shareholders, this is it.

The company is doing everything possible to make sure they closely follow the guidelines and regulations and work in the best interest of the crypto industry. I believe with so much of volatility around crypto currencies and with no real backbone in sight, Unicoin is well positioned to be the world's first real asset backed currency which integrates seamlessly with the traditional and modern payment instruments plugging the gap which was long due.

When Chairman Atkins announced the new SEC crypto classification on November 12, the leadership team acted decisively to align with the updated framework. In mid-December, shareholders overwhelmingly approved the transfer of “essential managerial efforts” to the Unicoin Foundation. Shortly thereafter, a reputable law firm was engaged to incorporate the Foundation, and on January 2, the incorporation papers were officially filed with the Cayman Islands government registrar. These strategic steps—focused on regulatory compliance, transparency, and positioning the company for a future public offering—demonstrate both perseverance and thoughtful leadership.
