Big promises, confusing results
Initial conversations were polished and convincing, but once the project started, deliverables quickly became murky and poorly defined. Timelines shifted with little to no explanation, and revisions demanded constant chasing. Communication fixated on future possibilities instead of concrete results. The disconnect between what was promised and what actually arrived was infuriating. Clear ownership and real accountability would greatly improve the client experience.
