I purchased the merino wool sweater a few weeks ago and it was met with some shipping delays with USPS. I brought this concern of mine to their email and spoke with Ace. Ace at Undefined Collective showed that he actually cared about his customers by taking action with USPS and kept me well-informed and up to date on the situation. When I received my package, I instantly fell in love with the quality and fit of the sweater. Not only was this the best customer service I've ever experienced, but the products they sell are also more than worth the price.
