This is terrible online shopping store. I purchase wine, Need purchase person at home to sign on the package. (I understand) UPS send package back to sender, I call the sender to hold package at UPS store. They said they can not. and charge $18 more for redelivery at the day time window. And I take one day off for this thing. The day almost end. I called the sender, which redelivery never happen. Terrible customer service. Not suggest to buy it.

dont order whisky from this website... will say they have it in stock... then charge your card... then you will receive an email after saying " that bottle was reserved and no longer available"

I recently purchased a few bottles of single malt from UncleFossil.com online Store, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the selection available at their website. The hard to find bottles was delivered promptly and were packaged securely. I also received free FedEx shippingon my purchase, which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was excellent, with Mr. Yang from the online team following up on my request promptly and kept a communication channel open via SMS throughout the process, being very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Unclefossil.com and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality spirits and wines at the best price online. I will definitely be ordering with them again soon for their exceptional service and excellent price.
