most of the servers dont work
most of the servers dont work. They Do have a money back policy but I got busy I forgot to claim for it. Wish I didn't get it at all.

I have not been able to get the VPN…
I have not been able to get the VPN connection up and running after multiple downloads, deletions and hours of trying. It actually blocks all other wifi options from accessing the internet. The tech support phone number tells you to "send an email". The online chat feature does not open. There is no way to reach tech support in a timely period.

UltraVPN? They are TRASH
I requested a refund several times but they says couldn't find my account. I provide them my information, the last 4 digits of credit card, charge of date, charge of the amount, and my first address line. BUT they said they can't find my account information. They are TRASH. I'll keep fighting with them to get my money back.

No good for secure banking
This VPN will not allow me to log on to certain banking apps, as it changes my IP address.

I found the advertisement misleading
I found the advertisement misleading. Even being billed before the trial had ended. The price was also more than been advertised.

Finger weg !!!
Finger weg !!! Abzocke !!! Habe mir vor einem Jahr UltraVPN für 1 Jahr gekauft. Preis hatte mich überzeugt. Wollte damals die Seite schon verlassen, als auf einmal auf meinem Monitor der Hinweis kam das ich das Programm für 25,- Euro für 1 Jahr haben könnte. Ich habe daraufhin den Deal für 1 Jahr gemacht. Bin mit dem Programm auch zufrieden, aber was vor 2 Tagen passierte hat mich auf den Boden der Tatsachen zurück geholt. Ich hatte vor einem Jahr mit Paypal bezahlt. Vor 2 Tagen bekam ich von Paypal eine e-Mail das 104,95 für das nächste Jahr abgebucht wurden. Hallo ??? Ich habe keine Verlängerung beantragt oder getätigt. Vor allen Dingen nicht zu dem mehr als 4 fachen Preis. Also Vorsicht. Hier wird man abgezockt, und zwar nach dem Motto : erst mit günstigen Preis locken, dann hat man ja die Daten, und dann richtig abzocken.
