Selve VPN'en virker ret godt men da jeg prøvede at afmelde abonnementet lod de mig ikke gøre. På et tidspunkt blev mit kort endda spærret fordi min bank så at der var noget galt med hjemmesiden.

This is a horrid VPN. By far the worst out of the top 7 I have tested over the past 3 weeks. Pack it up and go home guys. Utilizing it is futile at the best of times.

Absolutely no support can never speak…
Absolutely no support can never speak to a support tech just email work around 3 times told them iOS iphone keep getting do this on your computer, bon had to constantly reloaded worked great when loaded has not worked in over a week and no human to call . On phone take couple of mins to fix

Der Hammer, hatte eben gemerkt das meine Kreditkarte noch immer von UltraVPN belastet wird... Ich habe denen im Februar 2020 eine Kündigung geschickt und ganz klar gesagt das ich Kündigen will... Habe jetzt nochmal dem Support geschrieben. Entweder Geld zurück, da Kündigung ja definitiv raus war, sonst eben Anwalt...

It's a SCAM.
It's a SCAM. Signed up to use with fire stick but couldn't log in. Contacted them and they said fire stick wasn't supported (what's it doing on the app store then??) They agreed to cancel and refund "I will get an email in a few days to confirm" - That email never came. Called them to sort it out and they claim they can't find my account to process the refund - Despite me being able to log in to the account no problem. On my 6th call to them now and each one so far has been interrupted by them putting me on mute or hold without warning and leaving it there or simply hanging up abruptly. Don't give them your money, you won't get anything for it and the money back guarantee is laughable! **UPDATE** - They've emailed me to say i have somehow got in touch with the wrong company (i haven't) but then advised me to follow a link to someone else to process my refund request. Here's the kicker - the link takes me straight back to the same place i sent my first request! These guys really don't have a clue what they're doing.

Worst app for VPN ever, even worse service
Worst app forVPN ever. Does not work on Android. When contacting service, they waiteda long time to come back. I cannot get my money back since it's been longet than 30 days. Lost 40 euros for nothing. Bad app, worse service. Will never recommend.
