On Black Friday I purchased the 12…
On Black Friday I purchased the 12 month contract which it was advertised at £27,00. My card was charged for £32,40. I have checked the invoice and there is an extra charge tax(vat??) for £5,40. I talked with the online customer service and they were unable to provide any answers nor a refund. I talked with customer support via phone again could not say anything about the extra charge or a refund. I have send an e-mail (as advised) to billing and 2 days later I haven’t heard back. NOWHERE at their website states that the price was without VAT, nor when you actually buying the product. It is at least unethical they way that they charge tax. I hope I won’t have to cancel the whole subscription. Be careful when you actually buying from them and take screenshots

I had one helluva time getting it…
I had one helluva time getting it downloaded and connected. I just got done about 4:30 today and I purchased it 9/22/2020

This is the worse VPN program I have…
This is the worse VPN program I have ever used. This program blocks the internet to connect to a city that has VPN. My other two VPN program connect almost instantly. It never blocks internet access. It was days sometimes before I could connect. I was trying at 06:00 AM until 11:30 PM without success. I didn't use this computer due to not having a VPN connection. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! program.
