I thought I was getting a good deal. Nope, just like other reviews, they sent me crap. I ordered a battery replacement for my pool cleaner, and it came leaking fluid. Discovered it when I opened the box. They were responsive until I informed them about the issue. Paypal didn't help at all either. They shipped the item from Los Angeles, and the seller wanted me to return the item to China for a refund. Don't get ripped off like I did!

L'expéditeur m'a demandé de lui envoyer des photos de la batterie en m'assurant qu'il me rembourserait par la suite mais il ne répond plus et aucun remboursement n'est effectué Je suis allé voir un professionnel des batteries quivl'a examiné et a conclu que la carte électronique devait être morte,impossible à réparer Arnaque totale donc,la batterie envoyée et reconditionnee n'a pas été vérifiée avant envoi Site à fuir

I gave two stars as they sent me something. But the something they sent was a dead used battery that wouldn’t hold a charge. I reached out to them and have been ignored. I ordered a battery for a small drone. Buyer beware. Don’t use them.

After I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop, I got no notice that the battery had been shipped. I sent 2 emails enquiring about my order, but got no response. I was starting to get worried I'd been ripped off, but...22 days after I placed my order, the battery arrived! 22 days isn't bad for something coming from China. Ultimately, I'm happy, but they really need to work on communicating with customers.

Ordered Sept 15, '23. Immediate charge and email confirmation for a Toshiba Chromebook battery for a family member. Three weeks later, no tracking info, no follow-up emails. Contacted company on their site. No response. Three weeks later, contacted again via web site. Again, no response. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal, so I'm going after a refund. Avoid at all costs!
