From my very first interaction with Ultimate Transport, I had a good impression. Anthony was courteous and professional. Ultimate was recommended by the dealer nearly 2,200 miles away, I’m in Wyoming, where I purchased my motorcycle. Since this was my first experience using a transport company, I followed my salesman’s recommendation. Harley, the Ultimate Transport agent, took care of all the arrangements and communicated clearly and attentively throughout the process. That was especially important to me, as it gave me real peace of mind. She coordinated seamlessly with the motorcycle dealer (BMW of Odessa, FL), the driver, and me. My motorcycle arrived in perfect condition and even a day earlier than the estimated delivery time. Every fee and promise made to me was fulfilled exactly as agreed. Overall, my transaction with Ultimate Transport was outstanding.
