Huge thanks to Doug at Ultimate9 for the outstanding customer service. I had a faulty throttle controller, and Doug offered to replace it free of charge as a goodwill gesture. He made the whole process incredibly easy and was helpful and straightforward throughout. I really appreciate him going out of his way to help.
