The dress I received looks nothing like the dress online - it looks like two pieces of fabric sewn together without any dimension with arms/neck cut out - it is basically an ugly tent. Despite their publishing they have a 30 day return policy, they do not. They will not accept returns after the item has shipped. I have emailed them 3 times (as there is no phone number) and have yet to receive a response.

The picture on their site was nothing like what I ordered. My order was $60+ dollars and they offered to give me $15 for the refund. They didn’t even want the dress back. Which I don’t blame them for that cause I don’t want it either. It looks like a gown you would wear to bed. Don’t waste your money!

i rec'd my shirt this week its a bit too small i e mailed ulciy on .3-28-23 explaining my issue reguarding how to exchange this shirt for a larger one NO RESPONSE uliciy charged my account weeks ago & now i can't seem to be able to get in touch with any one...... please respond!!!! 03-31-23

Return policy. I bought three dresses the same size and one is noticeably smaller. I’m in the process of ‘negotiating’ what amount I will accept as a refund which is bizarre as I want back what I paid. Pretty clothes but not going to order again

I ordered a dress and a top from this company. Total waste of my money! The materiel for both is extremely poor. The dress does not hang properly on. It is so bad that I would be embarrassed to wear even as a beach cover up.

Do not order anything from this website! You will not be able to return your items. Very poor customer service!! Don't believe the 4+ rating!!!

I think the product is very poorly made ... I asked them how to return...They offered me 18 dollars of the 149.00 that i paid and that i could keep the sweaters.. HAHA what a joke. I told them that wasnt good enough so then they offered 36$
