Further to my previous review of 26.08.24.the backup service continues to be excellent. I have managed to get through the clutter of the Home Screen and The general content including All The apps is excellent once you have masters it The playlist with dozens of items not put There by me and of no interest to me is really a terrible nuisance. It needs to be sorted

It is good that we can record whole series of tv programmes going back over the years as well as current ones. It does occasionally show a different programme from the one I have requested so I have to cancel and go back in

The product itself is excellent and solves a lot of frustration with the old style Sky box. the initial sales/technical talk with Alex was also excellent, as was the sales service. . He was clear and informative. Downside?The complexities of set-up and initialisation of the various channels, and the instructions , felt like walking a tight-rope , but support was available and worked out in the end.

Following this post, Sky immediately contacted me and resolved the problem. I have been satisfied with your services for the last few years. However, I have tried getting in touch by mail and by telephone to no avail. My access has been limited and I don t know why. Perhaps this review will prompt an answer Pauline Vinnicombe
