I had problems with my software, but Ukeysoft solved it very quickly!

I've tried alot of Spotify music playlist convertors that are available. But none of them worked as well as Ukeysoft. The other competitor's products either failed to download, took a long time, or simply downloaded low quality files than what the original was, but not Ukeysoft. I've been using Ukeysoft Spotify Music Convertor almost daily and it works fast everytime and all the time, it's never failed to download anything that I wanted it too. I also like the fact that it can download all my playlists at one time by simply dragging and dropping my playlist into the Ukeysoft program. It's fast and simply can't get any easier than this, and I'm glad to support a company that puts their time and effort into creating software that just works! Highly Recommended!! Thank you Ukeysoft for your Awesome Spotify Convertor!

This is exactly what I needed - It works perfectly in the way it is described. I can now listen to my music offline on my iPod shuffle.

I often listening songs with my iPod nano, but the iPod nano don't support Apple Music, because iPod nano likes other MP3 player, which haven’t Wifi. In additional, the Apple company does not offer Apple Music app for iPod. This software can help me convert the DRM-protected Apple songs, albums, playlists to common MP3 format, now I can play Apple Music songs freely on my iPod nano and Samsung mobile phone. Excellent Tool !
