Program is exactly as advertised and works very well. They also have great support.

Great program, does exactly what it says on the tin

Amazing program. Be nice if it skipped unavailable tracks in playlists, but apart from that, nothing comes close. Original old PC I had working as a music server puked and died, customer service were very helpful getting me a new key for my new computer.

Great support and quick answer by mail. I’ve asked couple questions and they where answered quickly. I love the way the think with the customer. A happy Dutch customer

The app definitely works, but it converts at the same speed as the music would play, so an hour of music takes about an hour to convert. It takes up a lot of computer resources to run, so if you are doing too much other stuff it will stop and not be happy about starting back up again. So I turned off every app but this one and it did ok, ran for several days straight, day and night. The customer service is good, I received a timely answer to my questions,

Great software and support
