My parents asked me for old music to put on their tv so I had to download over a thousand of old songs and this software was just way better than i thought...just make sure you are not using the spotify while is downloading and that's it. you can download even the whole album and is so easy to use and i was putting a long list of songs and it will just download during the night and just keep doing it every day until i reach the list that i need it and that was it. just stress free, easy and good customer service.

The product works very well. I had an older version of i-tunes so the app wasn't working until I downloaded a new version of i-tunes. Very happy with Ukey and Steven was a great help in figuring out what my issue was.

Very good app to convert Apple Music clearly Response from customer services are very fast, and quality of the product is very good.

I had some problem at the beginning , until the technical assistance gave the solution by finding the right setup in Apple Music. Now it works great , I love it
