UkeySoftReviews of ukeysoft.com

I love this software. It works great, and the company is very responsive and works quickly to address problems.

Great software and support

fast and super support.

When I got locked out of my software they helped me re-establish usage again, The staff has been very helpful when I needed help without any fuss they are always available to help. The product does exactly what I need. It is "by far" the best converter I've used out there.

When I was exploring options to accommodate offline listening on devices that cannot connect to my Apple Music account, I wasn't sure where to start. After trying several options found in my Internet search, the only application that really worked was Ukesoft Apple Music Converter. I started with a trial version (with limitations) and did several conversions to test drive the app. I knew almost immediately that this was the way to go to satisfy my offline listening needs. I had a small issue (my fault) when attempting to buy a Lifetime copy of the app. I sent an email to customer support to seek resolution to my issue. Customer service responded within hours providing me with clear guidance and I processed my order and received my activation code in minutes. I am now off and running and could not be more satisfied with this product and company. In this day and age it is hard to find a company that is superior in all areas (product, billing, communication, customer support, etc.). Ukeysoft stands tall and I recommend them without hesitation.

Really pleased - Probably overkill as im only DJing my wedding with my mate but purchased the lifelong subscription and started converting tunes from Tidal to use with Rekordbox - I know I didn't need to convert to AIFF but I did and it sounds brilliant through the sound system. Emailed them once with a question and had a response next day.

An excellent application for converting music from Spotify. But I'm not sure that in the case of a free Spotify account, the application is not cunning and does not upscale the bitrate. In addition, the application is exactly the same as Pazusoft, the same interface and functionality, and even the same version. Only lifetime license is $20 cheaper

Such a great program and the support staff are the best ever. They respond quick and efficient
