I ordered what was supposed to be an original ASUS ROG replacement battery over 2 weeks ago. It still has not arrived. The company does not respond to email enquiries and has not refunded. It would appear to be a Chinese company pretending to be a UK Based company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - You will get ripped off just as I have been

I ordered an item described as an Original Charger Asus X541S X541U Laptop Adapter 45W. The image clearly showed the Asus logo on the plug, so I assumed it was genuine. What I received is an unbranded charger I could have bought at a lower price elsewhere (and without the long wait for delivery). No response to my request to return the item. Disappointing. Don't bother with this company.
