I’ve been in their reward program for years and they closed it a few months back and I ordered my rewards and they never sent it. I emailed them and it been over a month now and they have not sent a replacement and do not bother replying any more. It’s been about 4 months total I’ve been waiting.

Turns green & mouldy every year. I treat it and it returns every year. 15 yrs on this product is rubbish!
