I already left as honest review of service. Then Robert who helped me texted me asking me to take down my review. Because he would get fired, he stated. I told him that was my honest experience. Then manger Benjamin Henderson stared to text harassing asking to take down reviews also. So here’s what happened. I booked it in March and was quoted $2000. Then 3 days till pickup of cars the price was changed to $3250. $900 of it to united freeway transport and $2350 to driver. The driver was scheduled for pick up 6-28-23 at 9am. Then showed up at midnight. And told me he would be way early to drop off cars. I told Robert this. Then Robert told me it would be delivered 7-9-23 like originally planned. No communication with driver, he texted me to say he’d be late. Then driver showed up on 7-16-23. I told Robert I was unhappy about it. He said to take money off driver bill I told driver and he said he Wasent informed. The whole situation was stressful. Glad I put tracker in my cars. No help from anyone.

Be ware do not use this company as what their employees and their website says you will get by using them is far from what you will get. I hired this company to help me find a professional transport company to transport an RV because are supposed to be a company that vets properly licensed and insured transport companys.. I was told that the transport company had 1 billion dollars in insurance coverage and was a vetted company. Long story short the driver moving our rv had a revoked license wrecked and left it on the side of the hightway for us to find and have to hire clean up and was a total loss. Turns out the company didn't have active insurance and none of the contact information I have received for the driver is valid. United transport is now telling me that even though there website also guarantees the company carries a active policy for a range of no less than a $100,00 dollar amount that they don't check the validity of the insurance so they can or can not actually be insured. The exact quote on there site and that they sent me says "trucking damage claims are covered by carrier from $100,000 up to $250,000 cargo insurance per load and a minimum of 3/4 of a million dollars public liabilty and propery damage" yet Im being told now that its found they didnt have any insurance on the date of the accident they arent responsible and they dont check to see if the companies they use have insurance really. They just assume it because they can send you a paper that is dated after the accident that says they have insurance.

They contacted me with a quote of $100 to transport my car the next day in the morning. So I contacted the next day in the morning and asked what time they would be arriving so I could meet them. They gave me the run around saying and I quote " Ma'am I i am looking the available drivers now, you know Today most drivers will take a day off, I will let you know as soon as i can They are increasing price if you ship your car today, you will have to pay more than we expected because other companies increased price. " What kind of company give you a contract that you sign we d the day before at $100 only for them to threaten to raise the price!!! Don't book with this company
