Uffizi Gallery TicketsReviews of uffizi-gallery-tickets.org

OVERPRICE!!! NOT the official website. I booked tickets for the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia Gallery through this site, believing it was the official ticketing platform. It is not. I was charged €127.40 for tickets that cost only €48 total on the official Uffizi/Accademia website (uffizi.it). I only realized this wasn't the official site when I received the invoice, which showed the booking was actually handled by "The Walker Tour" and "Feel the city tour." To be fair, the tickets themselves seem valid — but the site gives no clear indication before checkout that you're paying a huge markup to a third-party reseller rather than booking directly. If you're planning to visit the Uffizi or Accademia Gallery, book directly through www uffizi.it to avoid paying more than double the actual price. Tip for others: Check the invoice/company name and compare prices with the museum's official site before you book — don't assume the top search result or an official-looking design means it's the real site.

Scam!!!! We bought tickets on March 29, 2026, uffizigallery.tickets-florence.org , but they didn't send them. The tickets were also marked up. The website is disguised as official but it’s a scam!

Uffizi-gallery-tickets website: This site runs Google ads mimicking the official Uffizi website with no disclosure of being a third-party reseller. They charge €94.90 per person for a ticket that costs €40.00 officially. Their confirmation email lists fake official prices (Uffizi €25 + Palazzo Pitti €16 + Boboli €10 = €51) to disguise the real markup. The actual tickets, issued by official operator Coopculture, clearly show €40.00 and "Purchased by: Grupo Feel the City SL." Audio guides included in the package were impossible to download despite full 5G signal. Complaint refused with a pre-written template. EVEN WORSE, they do not have any logo of "Feel the city" on their website, so they can't be connected to these sets of reviews. SCAM.

Scam. Non verificato che si tratti di un sito che rilascia biglietti veri, i prezzi risultano essere il DOPPIO dei prezzi ufficiali. TRUFFATORI! ATTENZIONE!!!
