Horrible underperforming company!
We used them for a move to Tucson from Washington. They were horrible. First, they said they couldn't pick up the boxes when they said they would and wanted to do it earlier, only time they would have to come. This caused us massive stress rearranging everything. We had arranged with people coming to load. Everything had to be changed because of UBox insisting they had to come a day earlier. They were an hour and a half late from their two hour window. Then the boxes were supposed to be shipped right away so we could access them in storage in Tucson. I called to check. The weren't scheduled to be shipped intill October! We were arriving in Tucson in early July. How they ever got October I have no idea. Then we wanted them delivered to our new home. That went ok. We need them picked up by Aug 6 or they would charge us for another month storage, 400. So, pick up was scheduled for Aug 5. They called again and said they would have to pick it up later. Told them no later than the 6th after 1:30 as I had an appointment that could not be changed. They called again and said between 11:15 and 3:15. Supposed to be a 2 hour window. I said I could not be there. Next day they said, of course for that one day they would charge me another month's rental. Their supposed to pick up now even if we aren't there. Hope they don't damage anything. They were the only box company in our area, so we had to use them. They were so nice, I thought it would be fine. DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
