Their hardware and plugins are some of the best in the industry. I had some teething problems setting up my account with software issues, but their support was excellent (Dominic) and sorted it out really quickly.

UA is dope.......

I had bought plugins with intend to use them natively, 1,5 year later i bought a soundcard of off them. When i tried to register these plugins i unintentionally registered them to my friend’s “twin” (i didnt now was in my account), these plugins are then locked to the hardware they were bought for. I contacted customer support and explained my problem. A guy named Sam responded to my email very fast, he then got a more detailed explanation of my problem and immediately moved over the plugins, so that they were registered to my soundcard. - Problem solved

Been team UAD for about 10 years now, love it, these plugins sound stellar and very hardware-like, never had any serious issue with the hardware either, my first Apollo bought back in 2014 is still working just fine :) Now almost exclusively use the Spark Collection UAD Signature Edition and loving it !

Have to say after I initially bought software then realised I had bought the wrong packages Chris from customer care refunded me and gave me my original coupons back so I could get the discount on the stuff I should have ordered. Lots of negative feedback on here but I’ve found them to be exceptional. And their software is fantastic.

I have used UAD plugins and hardware for many years now, and can absolutely say that it is some of the very best out there. Customer support is not the best I have experienced, but not as terrible as some make them out to be here. They always reply and try their best to solve any problem you have...but sometimes they just don't seem to be able to fix them. But somehow I have always managed to find a remedy, and keep on rocking. For a seasoned professional like me, no other company makes re-creations of familiar hardware like UAD ...and in many cases the same brand name made the originals. The new addition of native versions has really boosted the usefulness and capacity a lot...so cheers for that! The new addition of instruments is great...and some of them like the Waterfall organ and Rhodes, are the best I have heard. Lately the prices have become very reasonable...so that's a + too.

I've been using their hardware and software for years. The few occasional problems have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. They are there to make our lives making music easier, more enjoyable and doing so with the highest quality. Thank you UA!
